Full internal strip out and refurbishment of a 1,200ft², two bedroom second floor apartment, located in Knightsbridge.

The works involved a full internal soft strip package (including all existing Mechanical and Electrical Installations), which was negotiated with a small, local contractor.

The refurbishment works comprised a number of structural modifications / internal re-modelling, followed by the fit out to a very high residential standard.  The property features solid wood flooring to the entertaining rooms, stone / marble wall and floor finishes to the kitchen and wet rooms and a luxury fitted kitchen.
