Extensive refurbishment and remodelling of the existing dated hotel to provide modern high quality hotel accommodation with new reception and dining area. The complete building was provided with comfort cooling and state of the art audio visual installations. For most of the construction period the building was maintained in operational condition to allow the hotel to continue trading.
