Upgrading and replacement of services infrastructure

The refurbishment of services infrastructure in the existing listed retail store to provide modern lighting, environmental services, vertical transportation and firefighting facilities.

Works involved replacement of electrical mains and distribution equipment; fresh air ductwork and equipment; air conditioning services; smoke extract equipment; firefighting pipework and sprinklers; fire alarm networks; lifts; drainage pipework and asbestos removal. Works were carried out in the substantial, multi storey listed building all within a fully occupied and trading retail store in the heart of the West End of London.
