The construction of 3 high end residential blocks consisting of circa 96 apartments with ground and basement parking situated on the Thames flood plain. The car parking will also facilitate the public parking for rail users from Hampton Court Station. The development will also comprise of retail space and a hotel. The construction is piled with contiguous piles and a reinforced concrete frame with timber and steel roofs.

Negotiations took place between the Local Authority, Hampton Court Palace and national rail providers to form a complicated but successful agreement suitable for all parties including the local residents and use of the adjacent highways and parks.
