Construction of new single storey (with rear mezzanine level) steel frame to form new 7,000sqft Iceland Supermarket shell including shopfront, entrance, exit doors, ground floor slab, roof, external cladding and new tarmac car park.

The works involved the installation of pile caps prior to installing the steel frame and ground floor slab, together with fully cladding the frame and installation of shopfront, entrance doors and rear goods delivery doors.

Statutory service of electricity, gas and water were also installed.

The rear goods carpark was relaid with tarmac and also provided a secure bin storage housing.
