The refurbishment of the existing listed retail store to create new Mens Designer Clothing and Accessories department. The alteration and refurbishment of the first floor to create Fashion, Footwear and Accessories departments.

Works involved refurbishment with exceptionally high standards of finishes and fittings together with sensitive reconfiguration of the listed building, asbestos removal, improvement to fire compartmentation and improvements to IT, lighting and environmental services all within a fully occupied and trading retail store in the heart of the West End of London.
